Products under warranty: Products, equipment, accessories, and peripheral devices purchased by customers from LISA Control Technology Co., Ltd.
Warranty conditions:
- Warranty applies only in Vietnam for the products listed on this warranty card.
- Products are only warrantied for manufacturing defects.
- The component is still under warranty and the customer has the manufacturer's warranty card.
- Components must be installed in accordance with regulations and comply with the provided instructions and technical documentation.
- We reserve the right to refuse warranty for components that have been removed or repaired by individuals or organizations that are not (or not authorized by) a party authorized by Lisatech.
- The warranty card must not be erased or altered in any form.
- The following damages are not covered under free warranty: (1) caused by natural disasters or environmental impact; (2) caused by accidents; (3) used for commercial purposes or product modification; (4) improper installation, operation, or maintenance.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and scratches.
