LiSA control system was introduced and developed in the Vietnamese market in 2005, with the version popular in the European region being LiSA-10. After many upgrades and improvements, the LiSA-20 control system was launched in 2016 with the most innovative changes. This is an excellent design combined with outstanding features. Above all, LiSA-20 is compatible with Windows 10 — an up-to-date and modern feature that few other control systems have.

As a Made in Germany product, LiSA-20 fully meets strict European design and safety standards: TUV, EN81-1/2, IEC15021, EN12015, and EN12016.
LiSA-20 control system is composed of 2 parts, the main board and the relay board; with this structure, LiSA-20 allows users flexibility in installation design to suit different types of elevators. The boards can be arranged side by side (for machine-room-less elevators), adjacent to each other (for elevators with a machine room), or even separately (integrated directly into the elevator cabin). Combined with the use of a 32-bit ARM M4 chip, LiSA-20 enhances information processing performance, meeting the diverse feature requirements of elevators from users with the highest reliability and safety.
A special feature of the LiSA-20 is the TFT touchscreen handheld unit. This handheld is the central device used for communication and data transmission with the LiSA-20, and it is integrated with an SD card for easy copying of information and data parameters.
The LiSA-20 control system is the perfect upgraded version of the LiSA-10, ensuring the consistent synchronization of the components used by the manufacturer.

In 2018, manufacturer Schneider continued to develop and upgrade to the new LiSA-21 product line in Germany, which began to be introduced into Vietnam from 2021.
Inheriting all the features of the LiSA-20, the LiSA-21 board has a smaller design, suitable for arrangement in electrical cabinets: machine room, machine-room-less, or inside the COP
Larger upgraded cache, higher clock speed for improved data processing performance and faster data access speed.
