1. Time & location regulations:
After you place an order, Lisatech will contact you within 24 hours to verify the information and agree on other terms related to the product. In certain special cases, such as an order of very high value, delivery scheduled in the evening, or a delivery address in an alley or a potentially hazardous location, we will proactively contact you to agree on a specific delivery time.
2. Causes delays:
In the event of a delivery delay, Lisatech will inform customers so that a suitable plan for receiving/cancelling the order can be arranged.
3. Notes on shipping goods:
The Company commits that all goods delivered to customers are 100% genuine and new (with full invoices and official warranty). Risks arising during transportation (impact, moisture, accidents, etc.) may affect the goods, so please check the goods carefully. Lisatech will not be responsible for any deviations in the appearance of the goods after the Customer has signed for receipt of the goods.
