Job description:
- Participate in activities such as transactions, negotiations, and contract signing with customers, suppliers, and forwarding companies
- Manage sales activities for all of the company's export products and ensure sales targets are met.
- Develop targets and markets for export
- Search for customers according to the company's overall goals and strategies.
- Manage and store import/export documents
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department to carry out import/export activities and verify the accuracy of international payment methods.
- Manage and track orders and contracts. Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure on-schedule delivery and receipt of goods.
- Prepare monthly reports on import/export of goods and documents
- Support related tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job requirements:
- University graduate from schools in the fields of: Foreign Trade, Commerce, Economics (Priority given to graduates majoring in: Import-Export, International Trade, International Business)
- Experience required: 01 year
- Proficient in English and good office computer skills
- Careful, enthusiastic, dynamic, and creative at work
- High ability to work independently with clear goals and responsibility
- Good management, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
