1. Cooperation with Schneider Steuerungstechnik GmbH ESTABLISHED LISA Control Technology Co., Ltd:
Before 2005: Brand Schneider Steuerungstechnik GmbH opens representative office Schneider Steuerungstechnik GmbH in Vietnam, specializing in distributing the German LiSA 10 elevator control system in accordance with European standards EN81, EN12015, and EN12016.
Year 2005: With the potential for elevator market development in Vietnam, Schneider Steuerungstechnik GmbH decided cooperated to establish LiSA Control Technology Co., Ltd (LISA Control Technology Co., Ltd) to distribute in Vietnam to elevator companies in Vietnam. LISA Control Technology Co., Ltd (Lisatech) is one of the first companies to supply elevator control systems to European standards, of German origin, in the Vietnamese market.
Year 2007: With the company transfer agreement with Schneider Steuerungstechnik GmbH, Lisatech became 100% owned by Vietnam and distribution exclusive distributor of the LiSA 10 circuit board product of the Schneider brand in the Vietnamese market.
Since 2011: Lisatech is expanding its market for electrical, electronic, and automation products, alongside its traditional Schneider elevator control system product market.
2. COOPERATING with many large companies worldwide, expanding the electrical, electronics, and automation market:
March 2011: Lisatech becomes the exclusive distributor for products from ELIT - Italy, specializing in frequency conversion 50Hz/60Hz/400Hz and UPS.
March 2012: Lisatech becomes the exclusive distributor for products from SOJITECH CORP, specializing in products rescue device for elevators (Elevator rescue devices)
May 2012: Lisatech has partnered with RIELLO UPS, the largest UPS manufacturing group in Europe and ranked 4th in the world, become an official agent (Riello UPS authorised distributor), whereby Lisatech will provide technical support and supply products and after-sales service for G7 UPS ONLINE uninterruptible power supply products, STS static transfer switches, and other Riello power products.
February 2014: Lisatech has taken a major step forward by becoming the official authorized distributor in Vietnam (Yaskawa authorised distributor) for the product lines frequency converter/inverter, servo motor such as: L1000, V1000, J1000, servo motors,…of the brand Yaskawa – Japan with headquarters and factory located in Japan.
3. Cooperation on technology transfer for MANUFACTURING elevator control cabinet systems, continuing to EXPAND cooperation with major strategic partners and boosting EXPORTS:
August 2014: Lisatech began manufacturing elevator control cabinet systems based on the main components being Lisa 10, Lisa2020 elevator control circuit board system of the brand Schneider Steuerungstechnik GmbH, Yaskawa frequency converter/inverter dedicated elevator L1000A for export. The goal in this field is to become a professional elevator control cabinet system supplier, exporting to countries in the region.
Since January 2015: Lisatech has entered into a technology transfer partnership with Sojitech, in which Sojitech will transfer technology, production processes, quality standards, etc. for Lisatech to manufacture products elevator rescue device (ARD) in Vietnam to serve the Vietnamese market and Southeast Asian countries. Currently, products co-manufactured by Lisatech and Sojitech have been supplied to countries in the region such as Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.
In addition, Lisatech has also signed an exclusive distribution and technical service agreement in Vietnam with Sinepower Portugal, specializing in 50Hz/60Hz/400Hz frequency converter products and exporting control cabinets to the USA and Moldova.
Today, the Lisatech brand has been closely associated with quality products, major brands, and dedicated customer service.
