1. Technical features of the elevators:
Control system:
*Drive system: Stepless control system with Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF)
Processes and stores floor call signals in priority order based on the current direction of travel using a microprocessor system
*Control system: Controls the main motor and the cabin door motor by varying voltage and frequency (VVVF).
The entire elevator control system uses a microprocessor. It applies information processing using artificial intelligence.
Gearless motor
* The door drive uses Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) technology, making the door open and close quickly and smoothly; combined with the DRF control circuit, it can automatically adjust the door opening/closing time, improving the elevator's operating efficiency.
* Motor control: uses stepless speed control via a Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) system, saving energy, with accurate floor leveling, smooth, safe, and comfortable operation even for people with disabilities.
- Stainless steel door type, two panels opening/closing from the center, safety lock, automatic open/close. Opening/closing speed controlled by frequency converter.
- Two control panels with raised buttons. The touch buttons have been redesigned to improve effectiveness for every user, including those with impaired vision. With numeric designs and attractive contrasting colors, users can easily identify the button they need to press. In addition to these improvements, each number on the buttons is embossed, helping users with weak eyesight easily identify the correct button with a simple light touch.
- Voice guidance system: The voice guidance system records information such as travel direction, floor served…
- Normal and emergency lighting (Emergency Car Lighting).
- Outside floor call panel displays elevator direction and floor number.
- Safety system: overspeed protection, cable fault protection, reverse phase protection, phase failure protection, overtravel prevention, overload alarm, shock-absorbing spring system.
- Internal communication system: The control panel has an emergency communication system (Inter Communication System) between the cabin and outside.
- Central control system: Displayed by computer; status of elevators in operation, stopped elevators, elevators with error… and connected to the IBMS system for monitoring and control.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
LISA supplies rescue devices for use with imported elevators such as Mitsubishi, Fuji, Sanei, Mitsubishi Shanghai, Otis, Thyssen, Schindler, Fujitec, Hyundai, Hitachi, Sanyo..... and domestically manufactured elevators
Purpose of use:
- Supplying 3-phase power to the elevator system during power outages using energy stored in the battery.
- In the event of a power outage, the rescue device will automatically supply backup power to bring the elevator to the nearest floor/desired floor, or run the elevator multiple times, and open the door for passengers to exit. This automatic rescue device (backup power source) will automatically charge the battery when power is restored.
