History of Formation & Development
Lisa Control Technology Co., Ltd (Lisatech) was established on March 31, 2005 in cooperation with Schneider Steurungstechnik GmbH. After more than 15 years of operation, Lisatech has made remarkable progress. Let's look back at Lisatech's development journey through the memorable milestones below:
1. Cooperated with Schneider Steurungstechnik GmbH to ESTABLISH LISA Control Technology Co., Ltd:
- Before 2005: Schneider Steurungstechnik GmbH opened a representative office of Schneider Steurungstechnik GmbH in Vietnam, specializing in distributing the German LiSA 10 elevator control system in accordance with European standards EN81, EN12015 and EN12016.
- Year 2005: With the potential for elevator market development in Vietnam, Schneider Steurungstechnik GmbH decided to cooperate in establishing LISA control technology co., ltd (LISA Control Technology Co., Ltd) to distribute in Vietnam for elevator companies in Vietnam. LISA Control Technology Co., Ltd (Lisatech) is one of the leading companies in the field of elevator control equipment to European standards, of German origin, the first of its kind in the Vietnamese market.
- Year 2007: With the company transfer agreement with Schneider Steurungstechnik GmbH, Lisatech became 100% Vietnamese-owned and the exclusive distributor of Schneider's LiSA 10 circuit board product in the Vietnamese market.
- Since 2011: Lisatech is expanding its market for electrical, electronic, and automation products, alongside its traditional Schneider elevator control system product market.
2. COOPERATING with many large companies worldwide, expanding the electrical, electronics, and automation market:
- March 2012: Lisatech becomes the exclusive distributor for products from SOJITECH CORP, specializing in elevator rescue devices (Elevator rescue devices).
- May 2012: Lisatech has partnered with RIELLO UPS, the largest UPS manufacturer in Europe and the 4th largest in the world, becoming an official distributor (Riello UPS authorised distributor), under which Lisatech will provide technical support, products, and after-sales service for Riello's G7 UPS ONLINE uninterruptible power supply products, STS static transfer switches, and other power products.
- February 2014: Lisatech has taken a major step forward by becoming the official authorized distributor in Vietnam (Yaskawa authorised distributor) for frequency converter and servo motor product lines such as L1000, V1000, J1000, servo motors, etc. from Yaskawa – Japan, headquartered and manufactured in Japan.
3. Cooperation on technology transfer for MANUFACTURING elevator control systems, continuing to EXPAND cooperation with major strategic partners and boosting EXPORTS:
- August 2014: Lisatech began manufacturing elevator control cabinet systems based on the main components being the LiSA 10 and LiSA2020 computer board systems from Schneider Steurungstechnik GmbH, and the Yaskawa L1000A elevator-dedicated frequency converter, for export. The goal in this field is to become a professional elevator control cabinet system supplier, exporting to countries in the region.
- Since January 2015: Lisatech has entered into a technology transfer partnership with Sojitech, under which Sojitech will transfer technology, manufacturing processes, and quality standards, etc. to enable Lisatech to manufacture elevator rescue device (ARD) products in Vietnam for the Vietnamese market and other Southeast Asian countries. Products jointly manufactured by Lisatech and Sojitech are currently being supplied to countries in the region such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia...
Today, the Lisatech brand has become associated with quality products, major brands, and dedicated customer service.
