Motor-generator system 50/60Hz - 400Hz - Induction system

Contact

Short Description

Rotary frequency converter 50/60Hz - 400Hz, also known as a motor-generator system producing a 400Hz output frequency. Motor-generator product line DBF400Y4Z  It includes a 4-pole asynchronous motor and a 32-pole synchronous generator, coaxially mounted and compactly housed within the frame. The motor and generator rotate together at 1500 rpm, producing an output frequency ranging from 400Hz at 0% load to 396Hz at 100% load.

These products are all designed for continuous operation; the generator delivers a clean 400Hz power source isolated from switching fluctuations, voltage fluctuations, and grid noise. DBF400Y4Z equipped with outstanding technology featuring a reliable excitation system, precise voltage stabilizer, no impact from electromagnetic waves, and standard sine wave voltage. Notably, it has a compact integrated structure, is easy to operate, and has a long service life. DBF400Y4Z  used mainly for the navy and air force, missile systems and ground support systems, radar and transmission test systems, aviation and laboratories. These products are capable of withstanding high overloads, offer high mobility, and can operate in harsh environments. As a result, they are well suited for military applications.

One option for this generator engine system is that it can be mounted on weather-protection enclosures, containers, etc.

      Power supply for aircraft

Aircraft power is 400Hz power; while the aircraft is operating, power is generated by the generator on the aircraft. However, once it lands, the aircraft cannot keep its engine running to supply power to itself while on the ground. The frequency converter supplies power to the aircraft throughout the time it is parked at the airport. The main fields using this are the Navy, the Air Force, and civil aviation

Power supply for Radar (Testing and Operating)

Radar and ground transmission systems both use a 400Hz power source. The main fields using radar are military and telecommunications.

Power supply for missiles and related systems
