Short Description

LiSA20 is an innovative, future-oriented control system. Built with a two-part structure (a 95 x 290 x 20 mm microprocessor board and a 95 x 290 x 40 mm relay board), this system can be used very flexibly, especially in limited spaces. The boards can be installed stacked vertically, side by side, or in small areas, even separately. This allows the electronic components to be separated from the power supply side, thereby helping to avoid EMC technical issues. It complies with the requirements of the EN12015 and EN12016 standards.

A new concept has been integrated into the LiSA20 to select different user levels for simplified access to the control system. This creates a distinction between operating groups, maintenance groups, and core groups. Depending on the permissions granted through the use of encoded USB sticks, specific functions can be selected on the HT-LiSA20 handheld controller.

Thanks to communication interfaces via Lisa-bus, CANopen, DCP, modem, COM server, USB, and SD card, these will cover all directions for future work. The use of sophisticated components and architecture allows operation at minimum power consumption. Functions such as light-off, display-off, inverter standby mode, and inverter and door closing provide economical consumption values for the entire elevator system.

- The circuit board integrates a direct brake release button, used in cases of power failure when the elevator rescue device also fails to operate
- Automatic elevator lock-out setting at desired times to save energy
- Integrated VIP/fire alarm/firefighting function
- Fire and short-circuit safety of the Module, preventing wiring errors.

LiSA20 basic module (LBM)

- Structure: On a single panel are the LiSA20 PCBs, a variety of fuses, and corresponding modular connections such as interfaces.
- The front contains an operating terminal device and a handheld phone device for voice communication to the machine room.

Control unit (SModule) for machine-room-less elevators

The SModules are LBMs pre-wired separately, corresponding to connections within the Cbox

We are currently planning to supply four different types of SModule:

- SModule for conventional elevators

- SModule for hydraulic GMV

- SModule cho Bucher

- SModule cho Algi

The modules do not necessarily need to be installed within the door frames; they can be installed on the door jamb or mounted on the surface of the door frame
